In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, HardCoreGrowth.com will ship the order again free of charge to the customer if a copy of the customs notification is faxed or emailed to us. a) the purchaser has not provided a Post Office (PO) Box as the shipping address

b) the purchaser has provided correct and accurate shipping information.

If inaccurate or incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be mis-delivered and/or returned to sender. In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened. Returns are accepted only if products are proven to be unusable, excluding section (9). And always contact us at info@hardcoregrowth.com prior to returning anything. Attempted order cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted.
